We get a kick out of helping Kiwis succeed.

We’re technology commercialisation specialists. We just happen to be lawyers.

We start by listening, then asking the right questions.  Let’s talk.

New ideas are exciting. Your head is filled with possibilities. Followed closely by a lot of big questions.

Getting sound advice upfront can save you a lot of stress, cost and lost opportunities down the track. You need specialist support from people who are in business to help yours succeed.

Bowie Yorke will help you make the strategic decisions that maximise the value of your ideas. We have a track record of getting great results, and helping our clients succeed.

We’re here for the innovator, the inventor and the outside-the-box thinker.

With more than 40 years of legal experience between us, we can guide clients in the right legal and commercial direction.  We’ve encountered most challenges before, so we can help you navigate any situation effectively.

Every time you work with us, you’re dealing with a partner, never an inexperienced junior.  You get big firm expertise without the big firm price tag.  And because we're small and specialised we're agile and insightful – focused on real commercial solutions that are exactly what our clients need.

We’re business owners too, so we ‘get’ what matters.
